  13. some time, at what point is one ready to begin programming the
  14. Windows 3.1 or Windows 95 API?

  16. In other words, after learning C/C++ is one actually equipped to 
  17. write code that will execute within those environments?  Or, does
  18. one need additional information to begin?

  20. Finally, what are some resources to use in learning Windows API
  21. programming.
